Founded in 1982 by Dato Alex Ting Kuang Kuo, Ting Holdings Sdn Bhd began as a modest property development and management company. Over the years, we have played a vital role in managing and developing projects for a diverse group of companies, including IJK Construction Sdn Bhd, Holto Development Sdn Bhd, Wang Kuoh Sdn Bhd, Classic Thunder Sdn Bhd, Regal Arcade Sdn Bhd, Gaya Resources Sdn Bhd, and many others. Collectively, our projects have exceeded RM252 million in Gross Development Value (GDV).
Beyond development, Ting Holdings has strategically expanded its portfolio, holding close to RM100 million in real estate assets, including land banks, residential and commercial properties, and most recently, Wisma Wan—a vibrant neighborhood retail mall in the heart of Kuching. Our commitment to quality and long-term value creation continues to drive us forward in shaping Sarawak’s urban landscape.
